  The MD, Mark, has good ideas for kitchen design and his pre-sales support is great. But once a contract was signed, Mark lost all interest in the design detail and became quite obstructive. He also wanted to charge us for an item that was scoped out in the kitchen design but which we never ordered. Mark also persuaded us to have an oak worktop around the sink, stating that the Unfitted sealing process was far superior to the rest of the industry and that we would never get blackening. Guess what, after less than one year the wood started to blacken and is now beginning to swell. In contrast, Dale and the workshop team were always extremely helpful.
